RUIYUAN designs and manufactures equipment and integrated solutions for metal decorating. Our portfolio covers metal sheet offset printing presses, coating machines, drying and curing systems, air-cleaning systems, auxiliary equipment and automation functions.

Based in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, China, we support metal packaging manufacturers across applications including food cans, beverage cans, aerosol containers, metal closures and general line cans. Our teams combine mechanical engineering, automation, manufacturing, commissioning and lifecycle service to develop practical solutions around each customer’s material, process, output and quality requirements.

Ruiyuan metal sheet printing and coating lines has exported to more than 40 countries and 500 lines in running all over the world. The customer includes Crown Group, COFCO Group, Kian Joo Can Factory, Massilly Group, Sarten, Enpack Group, Baosteel Package, United Aerosol (UK), Litografia Valenca Ltda, MGPACK (Greece), ZTI, BZMI, RIO CAIMA etc.

Our History

1998

RUIYUAN was established.
400 serial Metal printing and 450A coater were launched.
2000

400 serial Metal printing was launched.
2003

450 serial Metal printing and 450B coater were launched.
2007

451 serial 2-color Metal printing and 451B coater were launched.
2010

451 serial 4-color Metal printing was launched.
2012

451 serial 1-color, 2-color Metal printing and 452B coater were launched.
2014

452 serial 4-color Metal printing was launched.
2017

The cooperation agreement was signed, aiming at the development of digital printing.
RYYT4453W, the first automatic 4-color Metal printing in China was launched.
The new factory was foundeed in Kunshan.
2018

453 series machines sold to Europe market.
New plant was completed.
2019

453 series 5-color Printing machine + coating + conventional oven.
2021

Innovative 10+ new functions of the 453 series.
