Metal printing and coating specialist Shanghai RUIYUAN has upgraded its multi-color metal printing press RYYT453 with ten new functions designed to achieve a shorter preparation time with higher printing quality and less dependence on manpower.

The new generation of can decorating lines has a digital sheet-change system that completes the main functions of switching the size and thickness of sheet from feeder to stacker by pressing only one button，the whole process only needs 3 minutes.

This greatly reduces the preparation time of printing: when the computer to plate (CTP) plate and sheet are both changed, the changing time decreases from about 50 minutes to 20 minutes.
