Malaysia's largest can maker, Kian Joo Can Factory, has taken delivery of two sets of four-color offset printing machines. Sold by Chinese metal decorating equipment manufacturer Shanghai RuiYuan Printing, the machines are being installed at Kian Joo's plant near the nation's capital, Kuala Lumpur.
Founded in 1956, Kian Joo Can Factory is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Can-One International and was at the center of a long-running family tussle about ownership of the company. It makes beverage cans in D&I aluminum and three-piece steel, along with general line containers
