Ruiyan co-organized the 2025 Metal Packaging Innovation and Value-added and Green Manufacturing Practical Training class successfully

The 2025 Metal Packaging Innovation and Green Manufacturing Practical Training Workshop, organized by the China Packaging Federation, hosted by its Metal Container Professional Committee, and co-organized by Kunshan Ruiyuan Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., was successfully held on June 26-27,2025.

Under the theme of "Differentiated Innovation Value-added and Green Manufacturing", this training seminar attracted nearly 70 representatives from enterprises, technical experts, and university professors across the national metal packaging industry chain. Ms.Chen Jianmei, Chairwoman of Ruiyuan, delivered the opening remarks. Executive Vice General Manager Mr Li and Director from the Cold Foiling Division introduced and demonstrated the latest equipment features and products, which were warmly received and recognized by industry peers.

As a co-organizer and smart equipment supplier, Ruiyuan showcased two innovative technological breakthroughs: First, the next-generation intelligent "one-click synchronous plate replacement" six-color metal printing line, achieving 50% faster plate replacement efficiency with 30% reduced energy consumption; Second, the industrys first integrated post-press production line combining cold foiling, screen printing, and offset printing, featuring system positioning accuracy within 0.05mm and defect rates below 0.5%. The live demonstration earned high praise from attending experts, resulting in an on-site order signing agreement with a Guangzhou-based enterprise.

Through this high-level industry exchange and practical demonstration, Ruiyuan has once again demonstrated its technical capabilities and commitment to driving the intelligent and green transformation of the metal packaging industry.
